2007-10-01 [Dark Shiva]: oh to answer the limitation of the ocs... It's becuase we don't want the rp flooded with ocs. It makes things chaotic, and confusing if theres too many. Over the time I might allow more ocs, but not until we have more of the main chars being played first.
